The Solution

At TGV, we supported KCC in the
design and implementation of a
solution to centralize and automate
contract management. We developed
an Azure-based web application that
enables end-to-end contract
administration from a single platform.
Using artificial intelligence, the
solution automatically processes,
understands, and translates
documents in different formats and
languages, unifying information and
eliminating language barriers.
The platform simplifies data
validation, contract review and
comparison, and the visualization of
key information through clear charts,
resulting in a more agile, accessible,
and transparent contract
management process

The Outcome

The solution reduced analysis time
removed language barriers, and
improved control over key contract
conditions. This led to more agile and
reliable decision-making while
reducing operational and legal risks.
